A busy summer at the Wilgenbusch Ranch
A great summer it has been so far! The guys are busy putting the hay up and we are starting to round up some calves for the 2013 show and sale season. The calves are looking great! Watch for us at the Eastern National, Agribition & Sterling Collection Sales as well as the Manitoba Livestock Expo and Agribition shows. We will have a preview of our sale heifers coming soon! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Wilgenbusch Crew!
It has been another successful and busy year for us once again. We spent Christmas with the entire family and calving has officially begun! We are now gearing up for our two bull sales. The North of the 53rd Bull Sale in Paynton, SK will be held on March 23rd. Our North of the 49th Bull Sale will be held on the farm on April 1st. Manitoba Livestock Expo 2012
Wilgenbusch Charolais exhibited 10 head at the 2012 Manitoba Livestock Expo in Brandon, Manitoba. JWX Blown Away 505Z was the Jr. Heifer Calf Champion and later went on to win Reserve Grand Champion Female. KCM Ultimate 144Y, owned with Hunter Charolais, was named the Jr. Champion Bull. The Sr. Champion Bull title went to JWX Fifty Shades 706Z.
